Return window
• Return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
What’s eligible
• Ready-made items: hats, mugs, tumblers, bags, accessories.
• Apparel that is unworn/unwashed with tags.
Not eligible
• Custom/personalized items are final sale unless defective or damaged.
• Final-sale/clearance items.
Exchanges
• Need a different size? Start a return and note “Exchange – size.” We’ll swap once your return scans in.
Return shipping
• Customer pays return shipping unless we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged—then we cover it.

Refund timing
• After we receive your item, allow 3–5 business days to process your refund to the original payment method.
• Original shipping isn’t refundable.
Damaged/incorrect items
• Report within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item + packaging. We’ll rush a replacement or refund.
